In the Memory of Riyaa Ali Chauhan

(Love never dies a natural death. It dies because we don't know how to replenish its source. It dies of blindness and errors and betrayals. It dies of illness and wounds; it dies of weariness, of withering, of tarnishing.)

As we all know, everybody has someone they love very much; they can even die for them. But when they leave them, they just feel them, breath them, miss them, and entire life they wait for them. This is a story of a girl Riyaa Ali, who also loved somebody, who also waited for him, and she died for him, because that person was selfish and he just left her away, but today we all know she was an additional example in the world, that she deserved love (world) even though she never got her love in her life. But the true meaning of love is when you love someone and you trust each other, believe in each other, and have faith in each other, and respect each other.

Riyaa Ali, a girl from a very prosperous Chauhan family, was born in Singapore. Her family background was from Pakistan and Iran. They have their own business in Australia and other countries. Riyaa Ali had great endeavor in her life. She tried to spread the meaning of love, faith, believe, and respect but if the peoples don’t appreciate the true meaning of life, they never get happiness in their lives and somebody lives. Riyaa Ali was a intellectual student in Singapore. She never lost the challenge. But today she has lost her life. She was also a car racing Champion in Malaysia. When her life turned to love, she changed her life totally. When someone falls in love for the first time, they cant see anything around them. They dont care for anybody, and this was the same with Riyaa Ali. She never cared for her own family, friends, or anyone, and she left everyone. She committed suicide, when she went to Pakistan after her university examinations. She was happy that day and was thinking if (and whether) she can prove her love.

At night, 6 May 2008, 2:30am, after her cousin's wedding, she went to her house; she read her messages from her friend, who had deceived her. Her love(r), wanted to know and proof that Reeha is cheating him. But, Riyaa, she never tolerates anything. She swore, she would prove. If she kills herself the reality would came in front of the world. Today, she accomplished her promise. The misunderstanding killed Riyaa and she left the true meaning of love for us. We all miss her. We are all proud of her. We all respect her and we all love her. People who believe in love, they will believe this real story too. This is the story for everyone to understand deeply how love can be intricate, when someone left you. This was the only pain that Riyaa tolerate, no one can die for someone. This was only Riyaa who died and made an example of true love. This is called true love story. We all want some peace in this world. We all want love in this world. Today, We would like to you join and share this world, if someone can die like Riyaa Ali, we can die for the world too. Let us all together from the community of Wikipedia share the peace. We all hope the World will change as Riya Ali changed the world.

Microsoft-Yahoo merger ??

Microsoft Inc. bids to buy Yahoo Inc. for $44 billion, which would shake up the technology world and would lead the software giant to give a shot at Google Inc's dominance in moneymaking Online search and Advertising, for which it has been aggressively thriving for the past few years. but it is not going to be really smooth one.

As, Microsoft's CEO Steve Ballmer is making his move on Yahoo, this made latter stocks go up by 18%. This move by Microsoft was pursued by the Google's acquisition of double click inc. ( Online advertising company ) on which Microsoft had also set its eyes on. Soon after the deal was made , Microsoft made some allegations on the grounds of anti-trust. Microsoft has been spending millions or even billions to increase its stand in the booming online advertising market.

Yahoo Inc's top management faces the biggest decision in its company's history. This undoubtedly gives Yahoo a more lucrative future on merging with the software industry behemoth. Now for Yahoo, it is been under a low which it has not seen since 2003. This proposal is mix of cash and stock.

Microsoft feels Yahoo is the right chance to baffle Google and takes always a long term steps .There are many stats Yahoo has to ponder on. Yahoo has to keep its doors open for additional offers. Now the main question will be "
Will Microsoft confront a competitor in its bid on Yahoo's acquisition. One of the major player would be AOL (Time Warner) to expand its online business. But the high price set by the Microsoft is scaring off the other contenders for Yahoo.

The area where this joint venture would command is in the market for presenting ad's ( online advertising )

So , lets wait and see how this merger shapes out to be.

Techies Hard Hit in TCS

Hard decisions are being taken at TCS as the Indian IT tightens its belts for the cuts in pay. The business environment is getting tougher and tougher, this necessitates tough decisions to be taken by the indian IT companies to survive and expand in not so easy times. Thus, Tata consultancy services has made up its mind to effect a marginal cut in employee compensation illustrates the corporate india's capacity to take difficult decisions. It is been said that the employees earnings are being reduced by 1.5%. The trend of the employee cost has been decreasing in the past 3 yrs. although, it is very hard for any employee to take a pay cut, it is small sacrifice to make to secure the health of the company in toto, especially when the threats to the IT sector are more. A strong rupee , subprime crisis and slowdown in the US have ached the growth in the previous quarters. but the new clients and increase in the business volume have helped. As the hedging currency also diminishes in months to come, the companies should pro actively broaden the range of services they are going to come out with in these harsh conditions. In addition to these, the companies need to take up high-end works like developing products for various segments. Also to provide services to new clients, companies need to recruit and train more people. TCS has made some 20000 offers or even more across campuses in India. Now as the strength is increased, this would necessarily translate into high wage bill for a company. generally, IT companies cannot afford bigger employee cost and therefore this wage moderation becomes necessary. In this situation, TCS is not the only company. Global companies such as IBM have cut wages to survive a demanding economic environment.

In a clear cut view, those energizing annual increments and bonuses are over for the employees across some sectors such as IT globally. India's salary growth is rich compared to the developed world the rate of growth has dropped. Now these companies are required to soften the blow of wage cuts by reasoning the compulsions that necessitate such steps.

As we all know, Temporary pain is better than risking the health of the sector.

At last i am back after 6 months ..... please don't take that " post soon " thing in the last post into count :P ...

hope i ll be here more rhythmically. From now on, i am gonna cache my things in here ..... it can be anything ranging frm academic to sports , movies to music , frens to love ;) ... nethin guyss !!

and i am the real procrastinator ( the best any 1 can b ) .... days are just rolling rolling n rolling ova .... these days never really give me time to do something useful :P .... life's so so so screwd up !! :O dat i doubt sumone's ( "some one" wtf :O it should b me ... whu cares abt makin sumthin out of my damn life ) gonna make sumthin out of it !!
